He went over and beyond to make sure that I understood the process involved for getting my car repaired and did everything in his power to make it a stress free and convenient process for me. I recently bought a car from this dealership and I must say that it was the smoothest, most hassle-free car buying experience I've ever had. Lucky for me, I was introduced to Caleb who was easy to work with and professional from start to finish. He treated me like a customer and not like a sale- and I know the difference! I've owned over 50 cars in my life and have seen it all when buying a new or used car. So I'm saying a lot when I say this was the best experience I've had. I made an appointment on line for 330 and showed up in time. I was then told that they don't take appointments on line for oil changes anymore and it would be about 45 minutes to an hour before they could get to me.. I said well it gave me one and sent me a confirmation. And I think I would just leave then.The boss came out and said they would honor that appointment. Then the man gave me a different price than on line. I then said "you guys are not giving me the warm and fuzzy here". They said they would honor that price.So all in all they made good on what the online pricing and time was and I was out in 35 minutes.The waiting room is small and dirty.I will go back because they are the only Hyundai dealer in DeKalb.
Our salesman Louie showed us several models of cars in helping us make our selection. He was very accommodating. When we finally got the model and trim package picked out , he and Jason jumped thru hoops to get the car in the color we wanted from another dealer. Closing the deal was painless and Louie helped us setup the many features of the car. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I worked with Caleb to purchase a new Hyundai Elantra. The process was painless. Even post-sale, Caleb took care of anything I needed. Couldn't ask for any more from a sales person.
Needed new tires. Everyone there, EVERYONE, was pleasant and tried to be as helpful as possible. Someone even let me use their computer to look up competitor's prices. When my phone died, someone let me use their personal charger. They were able to beat even the lowest estimates I could find for comparable tires. Super nice!
